In the bouquet a good intensity is perceived followed by a correct complexity, while the fineness of the aromas is unmistakable.
Aromas that range from a strong fragrance of yeast, aromas of fraxinella, cedar, mango, and musk, a brackish aroma that blends aromas of plants such as basil and emperor’s mint, to hints of fruit like apple and pear with a final of chestnut and pine nuts almost to point out the good symbiosis between the ripeness of the grape and its ever present acidity.
The palate is dry with a good sensation of pseudo heat with the right roundness; the freshness is excellent with a discreet body. There is a good equilibrium obviously moved toward hardness. The intensity and persistence are good. It finishes with an evolutionary state of readiness.
